The team behind ChatFunnels is awesome. Not only do they go above & beyond in their services of customers.... They also throw awesome events like RevTech summit and more! What I liked best, was the ability to be able to create custom conversation based on things like, how long a user has been on a particular page for, what paths they took to get to my pricing page, or whether they were repeat users! They're also consistently adding nice new features that make it easier to manage these bots at scale.

The set up was very helpful and quick, and now we're able to answer questions for potential guests with a much faster response time!

I like getting meetings booked on my calendar automatically when people chatted with the bot and the system just tells me it was set up for a time that works for my schedule. The chat page is easy to work on and contact information was displayed conveniently. It is also easy to manage notifications and availability. I’m able to connect with prospects and have additional insights into their specific interests and needs.
