Google Reporting only shows us that some came to the site but not who they work for and who they are, but now with these tools, we can identify these companies and then start marketing to them very differently and very direct. We even set up a few bots to run just for these companies as they are our ideal clients and we want to be more aggressive with them.
ChatFunnels has allowed us to see exactly who is poking around our website, even if they don't engage with the bot! Then it alerts my sales team that our ideal customer or one of their assigned customers is on the site in real-time. This has been a game changer for both the sales and marketing teams.
The Sales team loves it too because they don't have to go do research for contacts at those accounts. Chatfunnels puts their contact information back into Salesforce for us.

I was most nervous about implementation. We just didn't have the time to dive into building out a new tool; after using other chat solutions, I was worried it would be overly complicated and clunky. It wasn't.
