So I'll admit I was a little nervous about building out the capabilities that ChatFunnels has. It was significantly easier than I thought it would be. The customization of our ICP (Auto Pulled From our SalesForce) to the bots we have built from templates has been very helpful. Setting up with the ChatFunnels friendly CS team was smooth and easy too as they recorded it for us to follow back. Along with they sent personal emails with follow-up items. The customer-facing bots have been easy to manipulate with what works best for us and the integrations right in the bot for SalesForce are pivotal for us as we want to start the communication correctly. Also, the SalesForce integration is better than most others I have seen and that is very helpful.
