Siena has had a huge positive impact on our team workload. Within the first couple of weeks Siena was impacting 20-30% of our total customer service tickets, and by now is up around 60% We've recieved mulitple customer compliments for the speed and thoughtfulness of Siena's responses from customers directly.

It's easy to dowload a software and hope for the best but at least with Siena you have multiple agents assisting you along the way. Not only do they check up on you, they also bring forth meaninful change that isnt found in other companies. I hardly speak with most of my reps but with Siena, I have a dedicated team that is constantly working to make improvements. I am incredibly pleased with the progress and support along the way. The whole UI is incredibly straight forward and easy to use and I couldnt be happier.
