Shortel Phone program
I like the easy way to use, to program, to call the clients and candidate if it is required, it is very helpful in our organization to use this one. You can also can call the people in your organization

Reliable, but not the most intuitive.
Answering, dialing, and transferring calls is very easy to pick up and learn for new users. Those functions are easy to find and even easier to implement. Our company tends to source out a number of temporary staff at a specific time of the year, and I found that when I was one of those, learning how to use ShoreTel to field calls in a basic, rudimentary way through these three key features was very easy for someone who had not had much prior experience with a phone application and queue management system such as this one.
