WOW! What a company. I needed to upgrade our sites and found shopwired, Had-Lee and their team offered exceptional support on my trial websites, even before signing up! Their system was smooth and easy to use. i have quite a lot of products, so i needed them to be shown a certain way. They added extra fields, extra options, to make it a more easier experience for my customers. I'm still finding more cool features along the way. Great system, highly recommend. I have used EKM previously as well and still find Shopwired more user friendly. Great ecommerce platform.

Lea was particularly helpful and answered every question and set up the website so that it looks professional and works smoothly. There is no way I could have done this on my own. Communication is near flawless, across both training docs and online help as well as truly excellent technical support staff; and underpinning that, software functionality that really feels like it has been built by a business user. I've never had such a simple and successful software go live (including when I worked for much larger corporates spending millions of pounds), I would genuinely evangelise about ShopWired to anyone who asked.
