The system is intuitive and if you can't work out how to do something, the tutorials are comprehensive, plus the people on the helpdesk are super responsive. It's not as big as Shopify, but much much easier to get help when you need it.

Our users say the site is fast and easy to use and as they are mostly older generation this is really important. Staff are allways on hand to answer questions and help with any issues.
