We always love the prompt response we get with any new situation regarding our orders. We also like that they are constantly improving and adding new functions. With our experience using a different software before, we can tell the difference right away because now we don't need to worry about the software and long waits to have answers regarding new situations and how to solve them.

It is easy to use, even for new users. Little to no training is needed for new users as it is very straightforward. All the reports you could ever need are just a couple clicks away. It is also very easy to customize fulcrum to each owner and/or channel, making it even easier for users to use.

What I like the most about Fulcrum is that it is straightforward to use and comes in handy for warehouses. It holds a lot of information, so it always has anything I need to look up or find!
