We love the master pack system. After initial setup of the system, Shiphawk now populates order weights within a 1/4 of a pound, eliminating the need to weigh each order. We basically just verify the ship-to address, click and ship. The system is easy to learn, very user friendly. Anyone can figure out how to use Shiphawk.
