Honestly there is not much I like. Their system would work great for a small period of time, but it breaks frequently.

ShipHawk system is user friendly and a much more intuitive system than other platforms we've used. Training new employees is very quick and easy. We rarely have issues, but when we do their support is very quick to respond and resolve. Implementing the WMS sped up our pick/pack/ship process and increase our inventory accuracy. The best feature we've implemented is rate shopping, this cut our shipping cost significantly.
