Highly Effective Platform with Excellent Support and Room for UX Improvements

ShiftCare won me over for various reasons: 1. Publicly disclosed pricing, with simple, logical licensing tiers. Much more affordable than competitors, especially for a very small business like ours. 2. Answered all my tricky questions live on their webinar 3. Extremely responsive, friendly, helpful customer service 4. Easy to adjust license seats up or down mid-way through a billing cycle, with credits applied instantly 5. Excellent integration with Xero 6. Semi-public roadmap with regular improvements and bug fixes 7. Heaps of guides, videos, and webinars (unlike competitors who almost ask you to sign an NDA just to see the software in action)

Shiftcare has streamlined our scheduling & client management, making daily operations a lot smoother

The Job Board is one of our favourit features. It enables us to post a vacant shift and sends notifications to staff to accept.
