Shift Admin generates a schedule that we use as the base (or rough draft) to assign the best schedule to our providers. The system takes into consideration the provider contracts, multiple requests, preferences, locations and restraints for each of our locations so that we do not have to do so by hand. Their customer service and tech support is top notch! Submitting a help ticket online is quick and the turnaround time from their tech support is fast. I also like that our quarterly invoices do not have extra surcharges or add-ons.
