I like that it is easily accessible for my clients, it's free and it looks simple. I also love the feature the sends a prompt for reviews after visits.

Simple, easy to use and most important, it does the job.

Unfortunantly I have had no beneficial experiences. My clients and I have only had bad experiences with the Setmore booking system and customer service. I have had experiences in 4 online booking systems. This had the worst booking and customer service resolutions. I do not blame customer service, but whoever is managing internal communication and making decisions.
