ServiceSkills provides a ton of quality soft skills e-learning content in one easy-to-use platform. We are a small business so I wear many hats; ServiceSkills allows me to know that I am providing quality training for customer service and internal communication and team-building without having to build out my own content. The admin portal is easy to use and keep track of which employees have completed which training modules, and reporting on that for integration into review metrics is a breeze! If I do have any questions, the team at ServiceSkills has always been responsive and helpful, often getting me answers in a matter of hours. With everyone speaking the same language (of customer service, that is), we have a more collaborative environment and more consistent customer experience.

The cources and modules enabled our customer service team to work at their own pace and develope and enforce the valuable skills to be sucessful in our organization and provide our customers with the best possible service.

The training includes short informational videos that really grab your attention. I have one of the best reps, Ronnie Titus. She is always quick to help us improve our training.
