I like how Sequel helps me to do everything in one platform, from embedding the form into our landing page, drafting all the copy for the pre- and post-event emails, syncing everything with our CRM, and uploading any media or interactive elements that we'll be including in the live event. They also have an amazing support team who is ready to help whenever I need something. I've actually had an experience where I had questions in the middle of a live event, and they worked behind the scenes to get everything sorted. Our account manager also helped me by joining my first few dry runs that I hosted with my team internally using the product and joined my first few live events to give me more confidence as I was learning how to use the platform. I also love that our account management team is on Slack, so I can always reach them very quickly from the tool that my team already uses daily.
