Sematext Synthetics customer - Excellent solution and very easy to implement
We were using a competing cloud solution but found that the features in the competing solution lacked the required insight to notify our support team of issues promptly. We signed up for a free trial with Sematext and were immediately rewarded with a cleaner and more robust dashboard and accurate notification process for our environment at a price point that was also better than our current solution. Needless to say, it was an easy decision to switch to Sematext.

Good for debugging aggregated logs
We are mainly using it for debugging of aggregated logs. It does that perfectly well, filtering and searching works great.
It was easy to setup (using logagent as our forwarder).
We use alerts based on certain messages to alert our DevOps team of potential incidents.
We use a few dashboards for viewing the frequency of certain logs based on filters.
From a price point of view, it is great for us as our logging demands are not high.
