Seekout is a great tool, with a great algorithm written on top of Linkedin. Comparing a boolean search in Linkedin Recruiter and SeekOut is like night and day. Seekout provides way more candidate results, and identifies any email addresses and phone numbers associated with those public profiles. It has a very user-friendly interface, and I love the "projects" and AI matching features.
