I really enjoy how simple SeekOut's interface and search options are to understand and use. But it still accomplishes everything I need in the candidate search and still feels powerful.

SeekOut provides a lot of helpful and useful information when it comes to the candidate search for my roles. Whether it's contact info or skillsets, SeekOut does a good job of providing information for me. It's a great tool for diverse talent as well.

I like the option to filter by ethnicity. I'm always looking to increase diversity among our workforce, but often of specific ethnicities of whom we employ fewer than other ethnicities. SeekOut makes this easy! I also like the several different options to filter by skillset, amount of experience, etc. There are SO many skillset options, ranging from broad to very specific.
