SeekOut is a great alternative to LinkedIn Recruiter.

|SeekOut
One advantage is that it provides email & phone for many candidates. Also, the built-in AI is superior to LinkedIn's version. Customer service is much better, too!

Great reach into markets and the analytics tool is very underrated!

Seems to dig into some of the "dark matter" of recruiting. It stretches outside of the traditional databases that give you finite information.
