2 things. 1 we meet every week and they do an amazing job of keeping us in the loop and for a recruiting agency have made hires really quickly. #2 is the extra support they gave us in the hiring process. We didn't realize until we talked to James that the way our online presence was we were going to be really hard to recruit for. They also spend the time up front to make sure we have enough clarity on the role to be successful.
