Sure, I could search for all of this for free through Edgar. But the time saved using this tool is worth the cost. Easy and flexible filtering tools on the search page. The Boolean operators have an easy to access 'Search Syntax' link by the field. This has made searching for common names much more manageable. The results page is the best part though. The layout with sorting options, a variety of viewing options (pdf, html, Word, etc), and a quick view showing how the results matched with your search terms makes it so much easier to scan the results. Also, a shout out to the team and especially Steve who has been a fantastic and responsive partner in getting set up any questions we've had.
