There has been a lot of thought that has gone into the design of the products and services that Screenloop offer. I find all of the features intuitive and easy to navigate. The team behind the tools have themselves, clearly run into a number of these real-world problems and have built features that truly solve a number of these.
The transcription and bookmarking features in interviews work well and save a lot of time. The analytics and data also help uncover opportunities for improvement in any recruitment process and allow for fewer biases in the selection of hires. The auto reference check feature not only is a great time-saver but has led to several other strong candidates showing interest in roles.
I now longer have to decide between engaging with the candidate and taking detailed notes. If I want to play back an interview to listen again to a key answer it's easy. Getting stats on my performance as an interviewer is also really valuable.
I really love that Screenloop is able to transcribe our interviews - it saves a lot of time taking notes and ensures nothing is missed during the interview. I also really like the auto reference check feature, as I am currently only a one-person team and checking references can be time-consuming. It also asks the references if they are interested in working at your company, so you have potential referrals along with the reference checks.
