Firstly the platform itself, and the core benefit to Screendragon from my perspective is the endless options for customisation; we had a very specific brief and have managed to create something that is the perfect fit between our other platforms. The custom build enables anyone to build a platform that is simple and dynamic, and allows users to follow only the intended workflow which instantly improves proces consistency and speed. Secondly, the implementation team have been phenominal in helping to get us to the end product, and ultimately launch day, kudos to Jack, Anna & Sean! My thinking has been challenged (in the best way), and it really has felt like a team effort to deliver this project which is so refreshing.

The Screendragon team is a great partner that I enjoy working with. One area where Screendragon shines is it’s workflow management. They are able to understand our varying needs and created multiple workflows to meet them. Their ability to develop complex workflows really helped our team streamline process and push the work through seamlessly. We are able to quickly see who reviewed items, their comments and sign offs. The team is helpful making system updates as our needs are everchanging. Once a person is trained in the system, it is user friendly and logical for the users.
