Screencloud is easier to configure than other platforms I've looked into. It didn't take very long to get some basic screens set up and it was also pretty easy to configure more complex screens like dynamic Power BI dashboards. Initial onboarding was also smooth, as our support contact was clear and concise about how to use the platform.

Google Workspace integration was very important for us. This functionality has truly democratized content updates to put the power of local, relevant content updates in the hands of the folks at each location. The whole system is very aesthetically pleasing, and the overall UX is invighting, clear and effective. The combination of software and hardware allow for easy, cost-effective implementations that adhere to our network standards, not the other way around. ScreenCloud is a "daily driver" for us that powers everything including customer-facing, staff lunchroom and corporate campus screens.

Easy to implement and setup and has a cool integration feature with other applications to pull the data from a dashboard, URLs, applications etc.
