I feel like I can be organized and increase the revenue I bring in because things do not get lost and I can make sure I stay on top of my opps. The conditional formatting is also a game changer - I can color code opps and action on things that need my attention much easier. I use the tool daily and it is a part of my process. There is not a big learning curve - you can hop right in and see value immediately.
