Successfully syncs my data from Google to Microsoft Outlook

I love that I can setup this program to sync my data on startup. This allows me to set it and forget it! I configure once, and every time I open Outlook it will sync with Google.

Great concept and idea, but still needs some improvements.

Worked great for awhile. When it did, I could receive outlook notices via gmail which made checking my schedule and responding to work emails much easier, especially due to the issues with Outlook on phone.
