The customization options are limited as they does not allow me to tailor the software to perfectly fit my needs. On top of that the customer support provided by Digital Signup is notch. There is lack of support.

Digital Signup is not providing user friendliness. Its poor interface complicates event registration, consuming time and process. The automated reminders does not ensure that attendees never miss any details.

The program demonstrates remarkable intuitiveness. I have encountered minimal challenges in configuring all necessary elements for my events. Facilitating communication, whether with individuals or a group of participants, is exceptionally straightforward. Despite utilizing the 'basic' version, the software surpasses typical expectations associated with basic versions, given its robust features. The customer service representatives have consistently exhibited excellence. In my interactions with the CSOs regarding the product, I anticipated potential upselling to premium levels, but to my satisfaction, they have provided genuine and practical solutions within the existing 'basic' version I am currently utilizing.
