Straight to the point

Usability and integrability. The tool is really easy to use, it is simple, but the good simple. It does more than NPS, any survey or pulse actually. It keeps different tracking codes for each project, which avoids displaying Surveys in the wrong places for companies with multiple products. It integrates easily as well. The API endpoints really help, and the support helped me getting the script right - kudos to Konstatin and Alexia.

Very easy to setup, and super flexible.

Embedding into our site (and adding an email reminder) took me minutes to setup. Since then there's been no need to tweak/change etc, we've just hoovered up useful insights!
