Satismeter is intuitive and has a pleasant UX that makes it easy to create surveys. Additionally, it has features and settings that facilitate customer segmentation. It is constantly updated and has support that responds very quickly (a shoutout to Alexia).
Suggestion for a new feature: I usually contact detractors and classify the problems, and I miss being able to tag an NPS response and then have a report of the most frequent issues.
