It reinforced some of the things I was already putting in place with my team, but also gave me some new ideas and changes to make to really be an effective manager.

I like how Sandler has a process that works. It is a strict regimen that has helped our sales team elevate themselves to consultants. We also spend far less time working on deals that will go nowhere.

I really enjoy that Sandler has an entire team dedicated to helping our classes run smooth and are effective.
