The first CRM that actually keeps up with my deal flow

I run a small residential team, and honestly what sold me on Salesmate was realizing the AI handles the stuff I used to lose deals over. Lead scoring tells me who to call first instead of guessing. When I miss an inquiry at a showing, it drafts a reply that actually sounds like me, not some template response times went from hours to minutes, which matters a lot in this market. It also summarizes long email threads before calls, flags deals that have gone quiet, and the AI agent fields basic questions at 9pm on a Sunday so I've got a warm lead Monday morning instead of starting cold. Used a couple of the bigger CRMs before and they make you build all the automation yourself this one already gets how a real estate pipeline works. Six months in, closing more without adding headcount. Genuinely didn't expect to be this into a CRM review.

Hands down, the best support out there.

Support is second to none! These guys will event get hands-on in my code and help me debug my API calls when I'm building out complex Smart Flow integrations. Other support I've experience just says they can't help with code and sends you off to hire one of their "Marketplace Pros" for obscene amounts of money. I asked Suraj for help with and API call that wasn't working and he fixed it in 15 minutes. Amazing!
