What stands out most is its lean cloud design and intuitive PIPEDA compliance settings, perfectly suited for our mid-sized Ontario clients. As an IT manager, I find user onboarding and role assignment incredibly simple. We can lock down customer data access, track every record edit and configure data retention rules right within the platform, which drastically cuts the time we spend on quarterly privacy audits. It runs efficiently alongside existing IT environments with no need for extra server resources. Automatic background updates also mean fewer service interruptions and less routine maintenance for our team.

I also appreciate features like GST compliance of invoicing, inventory tracking, and the centralized database. The mobile accessibility is handy, allowing me to access it anywhere, anytime using my phone. Its operational integration and automatic follow-ups save me time and act like a digital personal assistant, removing the need for manual follow-ups. Sales are linked directly to stock with automatic GST-compliant billing. It provides real-time information for better decision-making at any moment.
