Impressive, intuitive and versatile tool

|SAGA GIS
Although I am not a specialist in the area, in a short time I learned to use many of its modules, which means that it is a very intuitive tool and easy to learn to use, the graphic output of the vectors impressed me, this software has a great capacity to handle large volumes of information and vectors

It is one of the most complete free software on the market in the field of SIG

It is a very stable and easy to use software, it has all the basic tools that a professional geographic information system must have, the spatial analysis tools are very fast and compatible with the basic database formats, its open source code allows improvements to the program, a strong point to highlight are the vectorization tools and the layer control panel, they are intuitive and easy to use

A Great Free of cost GIS tool providing Geoscientific analysis

|SAGA GIS
It provides the user an array of features like work with data from SQL, OBDC or Postgres and many other sources. Along with attributes and information can be added to the shapefiles. Also with the abundance of formats compatibility, the cross platform work is easier to integrate. Few frequently used are raster, shapefiles, grid, DEM, tables etc.
