What I like the most is the design. 100%. We have used other tools that were so difficult to understand, and with Runa, it's the opposite. It's easy. If you don't understand something, there are videos. All good.

I think I can't say that I like something more than another thing because everything together makes things work; they don't work as separate things but rather everything together makes it a platform of good quality.

We are very happy with runa as they have saved us so much time processing payroll. We used to have dedicated people doing payroll every other week that would work full-time on just payroll and now they can get it done in less than an hour, including payment. Our employees are happier as well because they now receive payroll receipts. A feature they love is getting salary advances. A little over 10% of our employees use it on a monthly basis. We are happy with Runa and our employees are as well.
