Micro Focus Service Request Management Software is an AI-powered platform with solutions that run where needed in the cloud, on-premises, and in hybrid environments. I really like Micro Focus because it has a wide portfolio of solutions from functionality tests for development environments to monitoring and analysis tools for production environments, which allows us to innovate faster and with less risk.
