The logical and intuitive interface made completion of the customer's security assessment simpler than others that we have encountered.
First run through took some time, but we appreciate the fact that bi-annual follow-ups can be updated and confirmed easily, with new requirements clearly highlighted.
The ability to include additional colleagues was helpful and has not always been possible in other customer systems.
While we have been able to use our responses for other client's security assessments, we can see the potential benefits to us of having multiple customers using the Risk Ledger platform.
