We have been using Rise Vision at Merkel ISD for several years. It has enhanced the way we share information throughout our school. Its user-friendly interface allows us to create and display announcements, events, and important updates quickly and easily. Rise Vision has enhanced our school's sense of community. We use it to showcase student artwork, highlight extracurricular activities, and celebrate achievements. As the Tech Director, I have found it is reliable and requires very little maintenance on my part. The integration and the setup process made implementation a very easy. Rise Vision has exceeded our expectations and has become a great tool for enhancing communication within our school. The customer support has been wonderful too. They are always quick to respond when we need help.

Rise Vision is incredibly versatile and the program has been easy to implement into our unique school community. Whether I am preparing a powerpoint presentation, picture slideshow or wanting to inspire staff and students, there is abroad variety of basic or themed templates to get me started and I can make any changes to the template I want to personalize it for our organization. Once I have created a presentation, I am able to quickly select the display I want to send the presenation to and with one click of the save button, the display updates beautifully. Photos slide shows and powerpoints are clear and crisp on the Display screens and students are excited to see themselves and classmates on the screens. We have many events throughout the year and I can upload mutliple files or an entire folder all at once for picture slideshows and easily dictate the cycle speed for the pictures. This is a critical feature in our busy schedule. I update our displays weekly and sometimes daily depending on how many events are unexpectedly added throughout the year,and enjoy how quickly I can save and update the information for new presentations. When I want to remove presentations from the display, it is an easy process to simply open the display and delete the presentations that are to be replaced with new ones. The great thing is that those presentations are still available and I can keep the original presentation from year to year and simply update the content without having to create and format a whole new presentation. We have experienced simple integration of the program into our varied activites. We are often offsite when events occur and I can go online from our offsite location link into the program and coordinate , create a new presentation and upload our pictures and information fand the program instantly coordinates with the displays back at our office to implement the updates as soon as I have saved the display update. Customer support quickly resolves any issues I experience, so I am never left waiting for my challenges to be resolved. This is a great program and I am excited to learn more as I explore the endless possibilities.
