Our Rise Vision board is located in the nursing department of our college campus. We use this board for many nursing announcements and displays. The best part of our board is that it is interactive. One of the features is our interactive yearbook. The Department of Nursing has photos and names of graduating classes since 1907. People are able to search by year, student name of faculty name. We even have alumni who like to take selfies with the Rise Vision board when they see their graduating class! The college Development Office recently visited our department and were impressed by how far back the search for graduates went. I told the director that the implementation was easy and inegrating popular platforms such as facebook keeps the display current and interesting.

Very helpful resource to communicate with employees. We use this program in multiple areas of our organization. Human Resources uses to post employee recognitions and celebrations, as well as new benefit programs and services for employees. The system overall is easy to use and navigate. Set up was easy once it was connected to our secure network. Maintenance has not been required and cost is appropriate for the service that is provided. Our rep is always available by phone and email to answer questions and offer solutions. He is knowledgable of the system capabilities and has offered training and resources to maximize the use of the full system and its capabilities.

Rise Vision Digital Signage stands out for being easy to use while offering so many features to the users. This has been easy to implement as part of Google Workspace and being able to moderate content from a distance has been greatly helpful. One thing I have to appreciate concerning the company is that they always respond to their customer’s support complaints. It is essential to note that the applications of the software provide an opportunity to develop effective and interesting visuals that are not only informative, but also entertaining, which is advantageous for the company.
