It was very plug and play. We bought pre-configured players. Getting up and running was pretty easy and the website very intuitive. We had to do very little reading up to figure out how things worked. We like the tier structure that is provided via their concept of company and sub-companies. It is a way to allow some people control over a limited number of displays, with other having control over displays across multiple groups. This is actually the key feature that caused us to choose Rise over other products.

Easy to use and customer support is always in arms reach. Any question I had, they have responded very quickly to help. I also like that you don't need a particular device to use this. It can be used with plenty of devices that are easily accessible.

I like the ease of use with the premade templates. It has sure helped make our Middle School Cafe displays look snazzy.
