Call recordings are crystal clear and are great for quality assurance. I can see exactly where I am getting calls and conversions from. Plus their support team is top notch and really helpful. I also really love the drag and drop IVR builder. What do you dislike: No SMS! When will you do SMS!? Recommendations to others: It’s great being able to have sub-accounts for publishers and buyers to review their analytics. Try their free trial and you’ll fall in love with how easy it is to use.
