The Rhythm system and methodology has really helped our team stay organized and focused even as our business increases in complexity. Going through our most recent annual planning process in partnership with our consultant has allowed us to clearly show how our department and team goals ladder up to our most important company priorities. The linking, success criteria, and status features are simple and easy to use. The ability to create executive and department level dashboards has helped create visibility and highlight cross-functional dependencies. The comment features have also proved very helpful in maintaining ongoing dialogue outside of our weekly meetings.
