Good idea in theory, disappointing experience in practice

|WP Time Capsule
What I liked most was the concept: incremental and real-time WordPress backups, which in theory should be more efficient than traditional backup methods and better suited for active websites. That value proposition was the main reason I purchased it.

Clever and nice UX, but concerns over performance

|WP Time Capsule
Great UX, good customer support, and seamless, incremental backups. Both the free and Pro versions are easy to use and do a good job of automating backups. I like the calendar style backup browser, and it's a good tool for managing client sites.
