Since starting to use the tool, I have never needed to change anything or interact with it. The js code simply does what it should, directly displaying the reviews from different sources on my website. It is now three years since I started using it, and there was not even a single glitch in all that time.

The ease of the widget feature and the ability to filter reviews by stars. Having this type of control allows you to show helpful reviews vice ones that could be off or retalitory.
