The number of features and abilities that this program offers

We have had very good feedback from patients with the confirm/message interaction. We had to find the right balance between too little and too many notifications for our entire patient base. I think we have foudn that "sweet spot". We also are pleased with the ability to link social media and send custom notes to our patient base. Also, reference when a patient confirmed appt. We have had a hand full of patients try to tell us that they got the wrong time/date on their confirmation and not once has that occcured.The patient always winds up confessing it was their error. I am not trying to use it against the patient, but it is nice to have documentation for each person with emails and texts. I also find it is a cost effective tool for our office. I'm not sure I could go back to working without these tools.

Revenuewell has facilitated our patient communication and has helped us with confirmation. We rely on revenuewell to remind our patients of their appointment and help them schedule future appointments. We recently added forms that have helped see the patient faster and get their insurance information ready for their arrival. We love revenewell.
