The product was extremely easy to configure and get up and running. It is very user friendly and intuitive and making configuration changes on the fly is very easy. Being able to clone workflows and call queues, makes creating new call flows a breeze! We are using RingDNA as a call center phone system and it is much more stable than our previous phone system. A significant decrease in dropped calls!
