I like that it is linked to my email so I cannot miss messages from students. It integrates very nicely with our salesforce for accurate records of conversations. Very user-friendly and easy to work with.

I love using reveneue.io to search for specific details/ or users, playback and annotate different coaching opportunities. It is super helpful for me to track various data points and utilize transcriptions if something is difficult to pick out/understand.

I use RingDNA to communicate with students, and by using this product, I can protect my cell phone from getting calls. The plugin on Google is very quick to install, and the app works well. The call quality is always good, and being able to call or text my students while I'm working is handy.
