Documenting and collaborating on strategic account plans and near term tactical opportunity plans is the only way to determine where gaps and barriers are and how to create action plans to overcome them. The components in the Revegy plan really highlight that. The red/amber/green coloring on relationship health and qualification scorecards is an excellent visual on where trouble areas exist. I also like the customization of the tool to the needs of our company. It adjusts to the needs of the size of the company and their sales process.
