1. Simplicity. All features are clearly visible in a clean interface. Making it one of the better options in a sea of similar apps. I use image resizer frequently. It has preset dimensions to resize like it takes one button to resize a picture for facebook event cover or instagram story. 2. Completely Free! No misleading tactics. Isn't it annoying when you upload your picture, work on it and it wouldn't let you download because 'free' was just a way to pull you in. Or most features being behind a paywall. Not here. Been free for years 3. Description of the features. When you select a feature like 'Optimize photos', it shows a description containing what that means and how does it work. I haven't needed it honestly but appreciate it for non-techy friends. 4. Available as a chrome extension

I added the extension to chrome. It's a great tool if you need to resize and/or optimize images quickly without opening any photo editing apps. It offers quite a few different formats to save images, as well as plenty of options for changing the layout of pictures.
