Great platform with clean format for easy product browsing and ordering. The B2B program works great for our retailers and RS has been awesome with programming needs for the platform overall. Also love the upscale visual options for product imagery and of course their stellar customer service.

The ease of Special Orders is remarkable. No more back-and-forth emails with vendor reps and customer service to get a piece ordered for a member. Prebooks are so much easier now! After meeting with our vendor, we write the order in RepSpark. It allows us to nail our size runs! But, where RepSpark is the most beneficial for us is Fill-In Orders. RepSpark allows us to keep less backstock and fill in as needed. What I like best about RepSpark is the ability to download images of a complete order. We can even overlay our club logo when downloading images for marketing purposes!
