Without a doubt, my favorite part about the Rejoiner relationship is your direct communication with their team. Mike, Greg and everyone else on Team Rejoiner have not only been a joy to work with, but are incredibly responsive to any requests or issues. There are no extraneous levels of staff to speak through, which makes the integration and operation phases of working here a breeze.

The tool is extremely powerful. The ability to run simple email campaigns through more complicated branching and split A/B testing is game changing. Better than that is the support. I don't want to use and over used term, but Mike and the team provide truly best-in-class support and that makes all the difference.

When something isn't working correctly or we have questions about the platform, we're always able to get a quick reply from the Rejoiner team to set us on the right track.
